Update 5/17/17 – Yesterday we were able to locate a section valve that had been buried and hidden in the Drainage District’s right-of-way for the Bosley Drain.   We thought that perhaps there was an obstruction in this valve. Despite the rainy weather and muddy conditions today, our contractor was able to excavate and remove the valve.  Sure enough, a telephone book (click on phone book ) was found lodged inside the valve..The valve was replaced, but due to the muddy conditions, the final plumbing was not completed. If the rain subsides this evening, the repair can be completed tomorrow (5/18)  and the line placed back in service.  Thank you for your patience.
