PID – Price Ditch – raising water levels – 07/06/23 – water users still need to turn off as soon as they are finished watering or irrigating.  Water users need communicate and talk with lateral users to coordinate and schedule water use and have phone numbers of neighbors so there is a calling tree or someone who can keep track of the scheduling for all [point of contact person=POC]
