WATER IN/OUT –  2023 Water Out is of October 27, 2023 for PID and MCID & PID P-laterals October 25, 2023.  Yearly the irrigation water is turned on the first 2 weeks of April and the irrigation water is turned off the last week of October.  There are exceptions and weather to consider and will be noted as soon as they become available. All private laterals and/or subdivisions can turn off their systems when they deem appropriate and winterize.
