Box59 on G 7/10 Rd ON [062817 – 1300/1pm]

6/28/17 – ST/PID went to inspect repair, they were ready to open box59, unlock, but left red tag on for them to take off. Had to close again.  [1310]Water back on again.

Box59 on G 7/10 Rd OFF for repairs [062717 – 1530/3:30pm] – sprinkler contractor hit irrig line w/ ditchwitch & owner turned box59/G 7/10 Rd – repair at 762 Garfield Dr – EM/PID went to make sure box off, red tagged, locked out.
