H146A-private – problems with lateral [070620] – there is water in the box at Price Ditch and the water level is up.  This will affect 1st St/32 1/2 Rd, Cardenas Dr, Castaneda Dr, Villasure Dr. It has been investigated and the problem appears to be that the lateral is clogged and needs to be jetted. All the property owners will need to get together and split the cost of the jetting, as this is the property owners responsibility on a private lateral. Please talk with your neighbors and develop a plan of action.
